Hi Class of 2024, my name is Won Kim, and I am running to be your LSA 2024 Secretary.

 

As freshmen, many of us came to Lowell to experience a motivating environment and larger community. My goal this year is to work with the rest of the board to bring that same atmosphere to the online experience, whether it’s through Instagram, Discord, or bonding over our “healthy” procrastination. 

 

In terms of qualifications, I have served as secretary and vice president in middle school, where I experienced the transition from physical to virtual student life. I’ve learned that my roles went 

beyond note taking or leading meetings to becoming someone people can approach and feel comfortable expressing their opinions to. 

 

Equipped with prior experience and understanding of student board, I am excited for upcoming year, and eager for the responsibilities of becoming your next LSA 2024 Secretary!
